I set myself up with this in my office, since I've been just doing other types of coffee there for a while. I was doubtful about the "loose coffee" function of what otherwise seems to be a pod-based device, but this works really well. I'm very happy with the extraction. It's easy to use, although of course, it's a bit messy to clean up, as much as any espresso machine anyway. I've also used some pods (k pods) and they brew well too.The unit has a slim footprint, while still holding a decent amount of water. It has suction cups to keep it firmly set on a desk or countertop.. which I actually don't like, because it's tricky to move around or whatever, causing accidental spills and stuff. I guess it's a nice idea, maybe just not for me.
